MD-Textil duty belt Cobra including reinforcement is a robust trouser belt that was developed for both security forces and everyday use. Equipped with the legendary Cobra buckle, this belt guarantees maximum safety and strength. 100% handcrafted in Germany ensures that every seam and every fastener meets the highest quality standards.
The belt has a breaking load of 18 kN thanks to the original Cobra buckle made from 7075 CNC-machined aluminum. It is impossible to open it from one side; both buckles must be operated at the same time and the buckle can only be opened when the load is removed. This ensures that the belt always remains securely closed during use.
The 43 mm wide Class 7a seat belt webbing with a breaking load of 2700 kg according to MIL-W-4088 standard is double-layered and treated with resin to ensure a good balance between strength and comfort. A plastic insert between the webbing layers increases rigidity and prevents twisting, which is particularly important when attaching heavy equipment such as handguns.
Safety and durability
The duty belt cannot be opened under load, which makes it particularly safe. The overlapping belt length is secured with Velcro and is cut diagonally for easy handling. Together with the plastic insert and the continuous Velcro on the inside, this belt offers excellent stability and comfort in tough use.Wide range of applications
