MD-Textil Jed Belt including reinforcement is an extremely robust belt that is characterized by its impressive stability and versatility. 100% handmade in Germany, this belt is specially designed for high loads and is ideal for professional use by security forces. The belt has a D-ring that is integrated into the clasp, offering additional security and functionality. The original Cobra-Buckle safety clasp made of 7075 CNC-milled material guarantees a high breaking load of 18 kN and can only be opened when the load is relieved. This ensures that the belt remains reliably closed even under extreme conditions.
The Jed Belt is made from Class 7a seat belt webbing, which is designed to the MIL-W-4088 standard for a breaking load of 2700kg. The double-layered webbing is resin-coated to achieve an optimal balance between strength and comfort. The excess length of the webbing is fixed with Velcro and is cut diagonally for easier handling. Continuous Velcro on the inside complements the functionality of the belt and allows additional equipment to be attached.
Heavy-duty safety lock
The original Cobra Buckle safety lock has a breaking load of 18 kN and ensures maximum safety. The lock can only be opened when the load is removed, thus guaranteeing reliable handling.Robust and flexible webbing
