MD-Textil V-Belt is an innovative solution for work and leisure trousers. The belt has a 40 mm by 25 mm Fidlock fastener, which locks automatically using small neodymium magnets. The female fastener part is only 32 mm wide, so that the belt can be inserted into the trousers without removing a fastener part. As soon as the two fastener halves are brought together, the V-Buckle closes automatically and reliably using the mechanical lock.
The heart of the belt consists of two layers of webbing in accordance with Bundeswehr TL 8305-0281, which are 40 mm wide. These webbing layers are sewn with up to 2000 stitches along the entire length, which ensures high durability. Parts of this webbing are even stiffened to provide additional support and stability.
The belt is adjusted using the male 40 mm wide fastener. The excess length is secured with Velcro to prevent unnecessary hanging around.
Automatic locking
The MD-Textil V-Belt uses neodymium magnets for automatic locking, which enables quick and safe closing. This is particularly practical for security guards who have to be ready for action at all times.Robust webbing
