Das Klarus Horizon MT07 ist ein hochwertiges Multitool mit 20 integrierten Werkzeugen, das keine Kompromisse bei Material oder Verarbeitung eingeht. Die Griffschalen bestehen aus einer Aluminiumlegierung 6063 in Luftfahrtqualität mit harteloxierter Oberfläche (Typ III, Militärstandard) – kratzfest, robust und langlebig. Alle Schneidwerkzeuge sind aus hochwertigem legiertem Stahl gefertigt und auf maximale Standzeit ausgelegt. Das MT07 eignet sich gleichermaßen als EDC-Werkzeug für den täglichen Dienst, als zuverlässige Ausrüstung für Outdoor-Einsätze und als kompaktes Allround-Werkzeug für Wartung und Technik.
Die vollflächige Lasergravur auf beiden Griffschalen und die durchdachte Ergonomie unterstreichen den professionellen Anspruch des Tools.
Materialien und Verarbeitung auf Profiniveau
Der Zangenkopf besteht aus martensitischem Edelstahl 30Cr13 (Härte HRC 52±2) und wird CNC-gefertigt. Die Schneidbacken der Zange sind als austauschbare K40-Wolframklingen ausgeführt (Härte HRA 90±2) – ein entscheidender Vorteil gegenüber fest integrierten Schneidbacken, da sie bei Verschleiß ersetzt werden können, ohne das gesamte Tool tauschen zu müssen. Die Hauptklinge (50Cr15MoV, HRC 56±2, 7,5 cm) sowie die Schere mit Sicherheitsspitze bestehen aus demselben hochwertigen Stahl.
Sicheres Verriegelungssystem
Das MT07 verfügt über eine Doppelverriegelung aus Liner-Lock und Backlock sowie ein im Griff integriertes Verriegelungsschutzsystem. Damit sind alle ausklappbaren Werkzeuge im geöffneten Zustand sicher arretiert – ein wesentliches Sicherheitsmerkmal für den professionellen Einsatz unter Belastung.
